Schmidt Wedding

This wedding day started with lots of laughs, stories of the past, hugs and “oh my goodness it’s finally here!” This wedding has been one in the making. Bridget + Coy are high school sweethearts and have been together for 10 years! Yes, you read that right- TEN YEARS. Needless to say there was so much anticipation surrounding this wedding. So many friends and family members who have been cheering them on during their journey to married life.

It’s hard to put into words how much I love this couple and the reason being is because of what a great connection I made with Bridget! I think Bridget and I are made of the same thing. She gets me and I get her. That’s what made working for them a *dream.*

Their wedding day was just perfect. The weather couldn’t have been better, the sun gave us so much glow during portraits and all of the details Bridget dreamed up came to life so flawlessly! They both prepared to say their vows in cabins just across the way from each other with their closet friends by their sides. Bridget + Coy picked out the perfect wedding party! These guys were such a blast and so much fun on the dance floor. You can just see the bond all of these friends share and it is unbelievable.

Bridget + Coy wrote their own vows- I might have cried during that part. As they stood across from each other wiping away tears and smiling from ear to ear they tied the knot in a quaint little historic church. The rest of the portraits to follow were TOO PERFECT for words. That sun came out and gave Bridget + Coy the most beautiful glow I’ve ever seen on a wedding day!

Bridget + Coy- I wish you MANY *continued* years of happiness! It is no mystery that you two belong together. I have no doubt that y’all will live out that Hallmark movie marriage that every girl dreams of!
